Mike, the owner, sent his team out and they arrived within an hour of my initial phone call. Billy was one of two team members who were thorough, professional, and efficient. The job was messy (a foundation company hit my sewer line and did not repair it), but they worked diligently and I had zero sewer back up within 4 hours of them arriving on site. Will be the first and only people I call from now on. Was recommended by a plumber. Had I called them first, I would’ve saved a ton of time a money. They were able to identify a stem I spent months going around trying to and were a fraction of the cost. They care about their customers and went above and beyond for me. Mike was an immense help and I can’t thank them enough

Never had worse customer service. I was the only person in the store. Before owning a business I worked in retail for almost 20 years. I don’t expect anyone to do a back flip for me or even to be over the top polite. A simple hello to let me know I’m welcome in your establishment goes a long way. I came here to pick up a water valve T. I walked in greeted the man at the counter “good afternoon how’s it going sir?” and he responded with silence.
