Fair pricing, quick resolution to a dripping faucet. Moses was super friendly as well. Glad to find a knowledgeable friendly group of plumbers. Highly recommended!
Never had worse customer service. I was the only person in the store. Before owning a business I worked in retail for almost 20 years. I don’t expect anyone to do a back flip for me or even to be over the top polite. A simple hello to let me know I’m welcome in your establishment goes a long way. I came here to pick up a water valve T. I walked in greeted the man at the counter “good afternoon how’s it going sir?” and he responded with silence. Called these guys for a blocked drain. They came out and had it cleared within an hour. Moses the technician did a great job and they charged me a totally reasonable price if not undervalued. There is no reason to ever call any other service if you live in the Hermitage area. I'll never trust anyone else again.
