Will be the first and only people I call from now on. Was recommended by a plumber. Had I called them first, I would’ve saved a ton of time a money. They were able to identify a stem I spent months going around trying to and were a fraction of the cost. They care about their customers and went above and beyond for me. Never had worse customer service. I was the only person in the store. Before owning a business I worked in retail for almost 20 years. I don’t expect anyone to do a back flip for me or even to be over the top polite. A simple hello to let me know I’m welcome in your establishment goes a long way. Called these guys for a blocked drain. They came out and had it cleared within an hour. Moses the technician did a great job and they charged me a totally reasonable price if not undervalued. There is no reason to ever call any other service if you live in the Hermitage area. I'll never trust anyone else again.
