David responded almost immediately to our request for service. The appointment was scheduled for the next day and he called in the morning to give us the time of his arrival, which was actually 15 minutes sooner than he was going to be here so that was a good thing. Arrived on time. Assessed the wasp nest. Used the tools appropriately and left a sticky powder that should keep the paper wasps away for at least a year. Nice service for the money spent. Would use them again.

Got my apartment fumigated, initially nice and friendly person but no change, no guarantee paid full money. Paid him for a 2nd visit, did a rush job was in and out in 15 min, informed me that he had other places to go no change, when reached out to him, he said go find some one else, very rude later. Save your money, pay little extra and find some one else.

Don't bother. The reason it's cheaper is because a one time service is quite literally a one time service. An expensive gamble. Less than five days after getting house sprayed for ants, the problem was just as bad. I was reminded several times over the phone that I paid for a one time service. Nice enough guy but next time I'll pay for someone that will get the job done the first time or give me some kind of guarantee.

Very knowledgeable of pest and more and very helpful for my ants. Been using for a couple years for bees, ants and recommend for bed bugs. Very friendly and is eager to help you and come with solutions to your pest problems!
