UPDATED: I called to talk over the issue with the managers in my area and they have helped resolve the issue 10 fold. Wonderful support higher up the ladder. Changed my review to 4 star to reflect the actual service provided rather than my other all experience with the sales department. If I could give this 0/5 I would. First, the sales man said we had termites. 3 other pest companies came out and found no sign of termites.
