ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! Worst online experience ever. I ordered from their online store and gave them an entire month to get my product to me for my baby shower and my product never showed up. They took the money out of my account right after i placed the order and now cannot get a hold of anyone through any of their phone numbers. This store has had everything we were looking for the the party we were hosting. The customer service was great. They had more selection than any other party store we visited. We were looking for a theme that we had not seen before at another party and we found more choice and selection here. A great place to shop.
