Be careful where you park especially in downtown San Diego, even if you have handicapped plac, because you will get an envelope with a fine of $40 from them, they’re ACE, a private notorious company who owns plenty of lots here, ready to put you in a trap if you didn’t pay attention. ACE seriously needs to screen their hires better—especially those who clearly can’t control their emotions on the job. Witnessed one of their agents on a total power trip, treating citizens over a citation. Completely out of line and unacceptable behavior.

These people are just robots doing a mechanical task; there is not smile, engagement, or personality in any of their staff. You are not parking cars people, you're proving customer service.
