Shane who was working around 12:40 pm on January 30th he was extremely rude had no name tag on and when I asked for his name he wouldn't give it to me, I found out from another employee what is name was, he was extremely rude kept rolling his eyes, snatched my card out of my hand and gave horrible service I love parking here because the other associates are nice but after that horrible service I will take my business to the Hilton Bay Front. Paid for an all day pass, 24 hours, to park. On the way out the machine said I owed money, so I pressed their help button and the person who picked up was rude and barely said anything. She claimed we didn't pay for it, implying that I was just trying to get free parking, despite having the receipt, and said she couldn't help AND THEN HUNG UP ON US. we called back and she just said "what?". Customer service is insanely bad, who are they hiring over there??
Don't let online lie to you $50 effing dollars to park. And they don't tell you that. They just swipe your card and give you the receipt.
They were great, good staff, easy accommodations. I will use them again!!!
DISHONEST. MISGUIDING. MISLEADING. ROBBERY. They were guiding people who were entering through the Marriott Marquis into the Convention Center garage so they could charge more instead of redirecting them to the actual Lot for the hotel!!! Ended up having to pay their fees instead of being able to use the validation options the Marriott and Roy's offers. NO such thing as customer service with this company or its employees&affiliates. THE.WORST."SERVICE"
