Paid for Valet parking and they crashed and dented the driver's side front fender. In the moment the manager stated they would launch and investigation into the matter. Not even a few hours after submitting a request for evidence they sent an email stating that the valet attendee noted the damage at the time of drop-off (which was not true) and that I was lying. That if I wanted further proof I would need to submit a claim with my insurance for them to look into the matter further.
