ACE location at Maple Terrace has a $10 valet charge. No problem. However, they ONLY accept card payments, and have the audacity to then charge $1.50 Convenience Fee. It’s not a convenience, if it’s the only payment option. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office is getting a formal complaint on June 16th.
Paid for parking. Lots full. Figure it out. Don't sell more parking spots than you have. This isn't fair.
Terrible company
DON'T USE THESE GUYS. They're rip-off artists. I purchased a ticket, like I always do, overstayed my time by 5 minutes -- FIVE MINUTES -- and received a $45 notice of violation. When I appealed, noting that I was a longtime, trustworthy customer, the email response I got said, basically, go piss up a rope. I'll never park in one of their lots again.
I parked in the parking garage at 2300 N Field Street in Dallas on September 12th at 3:36PM. Conducted my business at the bank upstairs and had my parking ticket validated. My mistake was holding the parking ticket against my phone causing the magnetic strip to demagnetize. I did not know this at the time. It might have been helpful if there were a sign warning people to not hold the parking ticket close to your smart phone because the magnetic strip will demagnetize.
