Pay parking is bad
Most terrible parking! 2 dollars for 15 min and then they charged me 8 dollars for 19 min. What kind of horrible owner! Too greedy! A colplete rip off! They wrote flat rate parking 8 dollars at the bottom
To many homeless people around. Although it's not the parking lots fault. So... 5 stars
