Extremely unprofessional. I have scheduled multiple appointments that have been confirmed days in advance and when the day of the appointment comes around, this guy changes the appointment time last minute and then has the audacity to charge me a cancelation fee when I cant make HIS rescheduled appointment time. When I have gotten a haircut from him, he takes several breaks by looking at his phone and texting whoever he's texting. Confirmed my appointment days in advance and rescheduled 2 hours before the appointment. Extremely unprofessional. This isn’t the first incident though.
