I'm giving the service one star. The technicians wasn't professional and left a mess in my basement. I'll not recommend this company to any of my family or colleagues.
I didn't even make an appt after speaking with the customer service person that answered the phone. They couldn't give me a straight answer about anything. Dont you have records on the work based off of my address? Disappointing since the previous homeowner seemed to use them for everything!
Derrek and Luke did a fabulous job! They were very professional and thorough. We recently moved to this house and before using the fireplace, I wanted it cleaned and evaluated. At first they thought I might need a new damper, but after cleaning the (very dirty) chimney, Derrek was able to easily fix the damper, saving me $$ !! He also checked out our gas fireplace and found it in working order, and showed me how to use it. I give them 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone.
Missed major repairs in an inspection and then tried to hit me with a big bill. Oh and tried to sell me a fireplace insert instead of addressing their screw up.
This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! They had excellent knowledgeable employees and great courteous customer service! The whole team rocks! You all turned my holiday nightmare of no heat to quick response and warmth restored in true time need! God Bless you all and have a Merry Christmas! Thank you
