This jawn is crazy awesome and anyone who says it ain't is trifling.
The bartender Aleks is a local treasure! He pours the best Diet Coke in town and always a free refill! Also, for the Pere Ubu show, they saved me a table and stool because I was disabled! Great place! Love it!
Saturday night dance party was an absolute blast. Great music and fun people.
I went there to see the Watershed and Paranoid Lovesick show, and I loved the place! I loved that they had water easily available for those of us who couldn't drink (2 1/2 hour drive home). I will gladly attend another show there, and might even get a beer!
The "NWO Metal Militia" has frequented Ace of Cups on multiple occasions. Shows we've attended include Graveyard, Purson, Ruby the Hatchet, & Red Fang just to name a few. Great sound, environment and helpful staff. We would love to come back and film an episode of "That LOCAL Metal Show" at this great Columbus establishment.

Flew in from MT, i have no idea where to go except a burning desire to get to Ray Ray's for some BBQ. Stopped in here to grab a beer with my meal... what a ball! Got some great advice on where to go from the very cool bartender (Thanks again!)... started my week in an unfamiliar town on a very good note. PS - If you don't like the decor and atmosphere, you should probably tell yourself that you want to go 'more hardcore', and head back to Applebee's or Red Robin... or maybe TGI Fridays if you're feeling really wild...
