I have a golf simulator set up in the garage, the screen, the projector, the launch monitor, all of it pricey and finicky. The crew took it down carefully, kept the sensitive gear padded and separate, and got it back up at the new house so I just had to recalibrate. Was hitting drives again that same weekend.

We'd put in a home sauna and a cold plunge out back during the pandemic and I had no clue how we'd move them. The crew drained the plunge, handled the sauna panels carefully so nothing cracked, and reassembled both at the new place in Almaden without damaging the decking on either end. Didn't think it was movable, honestly.

I do jewelry and beadwork from home, which means trays of tiny components and delicate tools that absolutely cannot get tipped or mixed. Ace kept every tray level and labeled, moved the workbench without dumping a single bead, and set my studio back up so I could get right back to making. They listened when I said small but fragile.
