I was approved for a conventional Fannie Mae loan when it was time to close ***** ***** the principal owner of ace mortgage told me that the underwriters had changed their mind and are not going to give me the loan. Im just going to state the facts. I was supposed to close April 20th 2021. I closed May15th 2021. ***** was very unprofessional. made the whole transaction very uncomfortable. gave every excuse in the book to drag this out. Both realtors involved, who have been in the business over twenty years each said "they have never experienced anything so unprofessional". made me come up with 14 grand more than he originally told me. told me that a minor error in my taxes made my debt ratio jump 8 percent. Was mad he lost commission because I paid off my home I asked him to put my husband on deed and realtor said he wrote the paperwork wrong. Now he won't do anything about it so I have to pay 250 to get it done. He's very unprofessional
