Prior to previous review, I asked the owner to call me for the second time as he was the one who gave me the original price that they're not honoring. Coward wouldn't return my call. I would never do business with them again after being treated the way I was.
When we weren’t sure what design would work best, the team helped us figure it out. They gave suggestions without pushing us, and the final look fit the space well.
I kept delaying my window replacements because I thought it would be stressful. With Ace it was much easier than I expected. Communication was steady, the price made sense, and the installers got it done quickly without leaving a mess behind.
Amazing service and follow through- The installation went smoothly and it was a custom piece!
