No honesty, conflicting sales guy and lame sales tactics. The sales guy assures you that he will be there when you need him. One sales guy told me that there where no contracts, the other one says yes. One says there are no cancellation fees, the other one say 250. Either way i read the whole contract and ask about all of the percentage, cancellations, annual fees, monthly fees, minimum fees, transaction fees.
