I had a terrible experience with the Worcester office. The lack of communication I experienced is beyond words. Having worked in the medical field myself, I would be embarrassed by the lack of service I received and the amount of empathy expressed by the office staff. This in no way has any reflection on the home workers themselves, they were all personable and willing to help in any way. I would not recommend this company because of the way my case was handled.
