My name is Harles May I've been going to Ace (Beach Blvd )for years and since Shawn Bailey started working there my life has become a lot better if you get his direct line you can text him about ANYTHING he does everything in his power to help you out. You can tell he really cares about the patient or his job or both. Because he proves it to me every month
My wife has been going here for many years, 8 to be exact and our whole family now attends. Over the past year they have significantly changed becoming more about narcotics then even their primary care and mental health needs of their patients. They wont answer the phones, they say to text the line and we never get a response. Their phone lines are constantly down. Been asking for 3 months to up my milligram of alprazolam at 1mg and never did so now I run out fast because I been on it for a year or. More last time they gave me medicine on the sleepwalking slipping falling and busting my tailbone but the ladies at the front desk are awesome my mom got lung cancer and they still didn't give a shit last one to put me on I was up for about 7 Days straight no sleep I do not understand leave me to my medicine that helps me that I can function as a regular human being but I can't now around... read more
This office has very poor customer service they never pick up phone. If they do they put you on hold and never get back. The state to text for appointment and when you do it has to be done at least 3 days on a row before they get back to you. And for med refills the pharmacy tell me the dr office has not responded to please contact the office. Why do I keep coming you ask. Dr Camacho has been my doctor and i will not change. My experience @Ace medical has been nothing short of exceptional. Shawn Bailey & Rodney Stating; who are caseworkers always have my back; fighting with insurance to provide me me with the right medication & care I deserve. Their vertual groups are convenient & so helpful; to my recovery. They follow up on my treatment plans; as well as personal goals & my mental health.
