Very professional, office staff are great and will help you with your every need! Shout out to the best peer specialist in Jacksonville! Shawn is awesome and goes above and beyond for every one under his care. I highly recommend Ace Medical to anyone with any type of Medical needs. Make an appointment to better your self you will not regret it with this team .
Ace was my doctor for years. Spring 2024 something major changed. Good and caring doctors and office staff left. Wait times were awful, Dr. Camacho never there. They focused on prescribing controlled drugs and cater to those patients. I left and they billed Medicare for 16 months until I finally got fraud line involved. Be aware.
I'm giving this place two stars because at least some of their staff is very nice they will not even refill my Gabapentin unless I make a psych appointment so don't go here if you're on anything that you need for seizures. I work 50 60 hours a week and I don't have time to schedule an appointment with psych.
My name is Harles May I've been going to Ace (Beach Blvd )for years and since Shawn Bailey started working there my life has become a lot better if you get his direct line you can text him about ANYTHING he does everything in his power to help you out. You can tell he really cares about the patient or his job or both. Because he proves it to me every month
My wife has been going here for many years, 8 to be exact and our whole family now attends. Over the past year they have significantly changed becoming more about narcotics then even their primary care and mental health needs of their patients. They wont answer the phones, they say to text the line and we never get a response. Their phone lines are constantly down.
