Kevin Clarke installed my unit about a year or so ago and the whole process was easy and the unit has been great. I called him to check it out for an issue I thought I had and he was able to come out the same day to check it out. I would reccomend there service and would use them in the future.
Adam and Kevin installed brand new AC system on November 2022. I paid full amount with cash payment at that time. Next spring in 2023 AC did not working, so I contacted him several times but he never responded it, both phone call and text. I even went to website to leave message. He finally answered the phone after several days being contacted. Kevin came out on 4/12/ 2023 to addressed the problem. He informed me that there was wire problem. He charged me $125. Great service! I've used them for my GeoThermal HVAC, came out diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very clean, professional, and strait to the point. will call them first for any future issues.
I had a leak in my attic which was dripping through the ceiling late last night. Yikes! I called Ace Mechanical the next morning and they were here within a couple of hours, figured out the problem, and fixed it by lunch time. About 5 or 6 years ago, they installed a new AC unit and ductwork for me and everything still runs great. I have been using Ace Mechanical for a little over ten years now. They have always been knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable with their pricing. Call them - you won't regret it.
Adam arrived, listened to my issue and quickly identified the problem. He as able to repair our system quickly and at a great price. I recommend ACE to anyone having HVAC issues!
