Well, at first I thought it was great but then when I needed to call him again, he ignored the calls after 23 times in a week and when he did change out the thermostat the first time turns out it was never the thermostat so I paid $215 for a thermostat that was not needed when it ended up being the motor was dying, but he didn’t wanna come out and check the motor when I called numerous times And then I sent a check not for the full amount but to make payments and they turned around and sent the check back to me because they ... read more

From the evening John came out and diagnosed the issue and today when Josh and his crew installed our new unit, everything was again, just amazing!! Ace is now my go to company for everything HVAC.
