Since this management has taken over it has been nothing but issues here. For over a month now my toilet has been overflowing due to the neighbors next door. It’s been like pulling teeth trying to get someone out..currently waiting now for someone to come out..it’s been over 2 hours. There is water all in my floor with fecal matter. But they don’t care. RecommendedI feel more secure and confident about the ongoing development and operations of my home. I assure you this change in my opinion has come from seeing how ACE follows up on promises for improvements and delivery better than my expectations.
I had to move because I have sickle cell anemia and certain conditions in my apartment weren't suitable to my health. I've been asking nicely for my deposit back and the response has been that they legally have 2 months before the have to send it back.
