Recently purchased a chair here. We bought an open box massage chair and the service was very nice. They let us try out the massage chairs and let us take our time. Delivery was very smooth and the owner made sure everything worked just fine. The owner also made sure the chair was just like new and kept good communication before and during the delivery.
I purchased massage chair model the Synca JP1100 4 years ago and i still love.!! My parents use it all the time. Its our favorite spot to fight for. Thanks for recommending this chair~

My parents bought the massage chair from here and from day one the chair has a problem but owner made soooo many excuses to fix or resolve the problem. Every time we call to check on parts he give us different answer or explanations sometimes he would say his too busy to come and fix it.I will report him to BBB. DO. OT BUY at this place there are lot of other places that you can buy massage chair.
