I had a leak in my pool and was lucky enough to come across Ace Leak Detection.. I reached out early in the morning and within a couple of hours someone contacted me right away. The promptness of all the workers was amazing. They got a young man Aaron to come out today and gave me a time frame of when he would be at my house. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, honest and explained things or issues thoroughly. He was not pushing any sales on us and worked hard in the heat for over 2 hours. Very good at what they do. Had to work with them remotely but that was not a problem. No one will ever accuse them of being cheap but they are worth it.
Frank was a very professional and knowledgeable technican. Unfortunately our newly lined in ground pool got a leak. Panicking I called every leak detection company and Ace was the only one that actually answered my call, quoted prices and set my appointment. Things are Covid crazy and they were booked 8 weeks out! I was shocked but appreciated that they were being honest with me about lead time. Great experience from beginning to end!..I've had two companies in the last year come out to find this leak w/out success. So glad I found Ace! Frank found the leak - very thorough and friendly (also not afraid to get wet - first service guy to actually jump in the pool)...Bill and Todd completed the repair. Both wonderful!
