Really disappointed with Ace firewood. Bought the premium Ironbark and it was not seasoned and difficult to burn. Was also undercut in my first load which I collected. Definitely not the amount I paid for. Was given a couple of bags to make up for the small load but that too was unseasoned. I’ve ordered pizza cut firewood twice before and was happy. Average piece was 5-8 cm in diameter. This time they sent me firewood, around15 cm, but argued it was twice cut when the manager came to inspect it. Sounds like they don’t sell pizza cut anymore
A few weeks ago another resident in our street had an ACE delivery, the truck reversed over and ripped out a mature grevillea. We contacted ACE and got a dismissive generic response. Reading the reviews it seems this wasn't an isolated incident. In future ANL will be supplier of choice.No stars!
