Our passion at Ace is private instruction and coaching for whitewater kayakers who want to improve their performance and step up their game. Ace came highly recommended by different people from different rivers in the N GA area, so we set up a time with Hunter. He was a very attentive, catering the lesson to everything we wanted to learn. Hunter was patient with our (sometimes redundant) questions and never made either of us feel rushed or uncomfortable. We will be returning to Ace in the future as we increase our skills and feel ready for the 'next step'. In the meantime, we will be referring Ace / Hunter to anyone interested in lessons.
These guys are awesome.
I was a student of founder Jeff West many years at so when I decided to pick up the sport again I called Ace and scheduled lessons with Joe Gudger. He is every bit as skilled a boater and instructor as Jeff and my lessons have been nothing short of stellar. If you are looking for kayak instruction or a thrilling funyak trip, look no further and settle for nothing less. These guys are the best!
