Curtis is a super nice and knowable guy. Unfortunately I had numerous issues with my new construction custom and he did a complete inspection. I am thankful that I did and he was able to refer other specialists to me including inspector/consultant Lyn DeGeorge and Master Electrician Instructor, Wayne Rogers, who is known world wide. His fee is very reasonable for an inspector of his level. Did a thorough inspection on our new construction home for a reasonable rate as every home needs to be inspected, especially new construction! Very personable and professional.
