Worst product ever. Shipped them back and they are saying I did not and trying to bill me. Buyer beware. Also Sally in the account department is rude and demanding. Wont listen. This is a buisness that should be shut down.
Dishonest, misleading and I can't believe if anyone does business with them more than once! send me wrong products and over-charged me.
They assure me that tools they have are perfect. Sold me over the phone 12 blade for multi tool whichbcost 190$. But I think that even ridgid is better Disappointed.

This company is out to get in your pocket. They won't stop calling, they won't remove you from their list, they have terrible customer service. A friend of mine bought some stuff from them and was told they would throw in some bonus items at no charge to him. When he got the invoice they had charged him for the bonus items and insisted he pay for them; on top of that the items he ordered were poor quality!
