Buckle up because this one is a doozy. I stayed in the ACE Hotel New York about a month ago and it was quite possibly the worst hotel experience of my life. Upon checking in we were informed (as we were being handed the keys) that there would be no water for two nights of our three night stay due to the city maintencing water lines.
