Dave and Mike came out to install a new thermostat and ended up not only finding a much bigger issue, but fixing it at a very reasonable price, but also provided a new thermostat which was better than the Honeywell I got on them. Although they spent much longer on the job than anticipated initially, they stuck to the original quote. I would highly recommend Ace Home Heating & Air.

I called to repair my compressor, but the salesperson said my R22 system had to be replaced with a new R454B unit for $10,000, assuring me it included everything. When the tech arrived, they added extra charges for new copper lines and damaged my ceiling while enlarging the attic entrance. The technician said he had received approval from his manager to cut the ceiling and assured me the company would cover the repair. Ernesto did a good job explaining the services and costs to me during the complimentary inspection. He was courteous and professional, but it also seemed like he was in a hurry. He took pictures of the different areas that he worked on but something he did by the water heater caused our water heater to go out. We tried turning it back on but it will not stay on. I’m hoping ACE can get our hot water back and running. I will definitely update my review to let you know what the outcome was.
