Our swamp cooler broke and than our AC stopped blowing cold. Andrew came out and gave us an estimate on a new system for both AND to move our AC unit so we could get solar soon. All the technicians that came out were polite and efficient. They did a beautiful job did not leave a mess and our home feels so nice and cool! Thank you ACE!!

The technician came out and did all this other stuff to our a/c unit and charge us 1k and never even addressed or fixed the problem that we called them for and when I called back a week later to have them come back to fix the problem immediately they told me they couldn’t come out until 3 days later! Their tech didn’t even address the issue when he came out. I would not Recommend them at all. Terrible customer service.

Try to sum as short as possible…. Called then to fix a zoning issue where downstairs would not kick on only upstairs, they came out, fixed and changed out over 1,000$ in parts that had nothing to do with the issue. So naturally the issue kept occurring, we called Thursday night and they said they would come the next day, then called Friday morning at 7 am telling us it would be Monday now at the earliest when less than 24 hours ago they said they would be out, which changed to 4 days later.
