All of the staff we encountered through ACE Home Health Care were professional, and I feel my husband received outstanding care. They sent Terry/RN to our home to teach my husband and me how to use his feeding tube when he needed it during treatment for cancer. Terry was knowledgeable and patient while teaching; he knew when to be sympathetic and when to inject humor, and he was always available for questions. Terrible home care company! Owner very unprofessional, rude and careless about lack of staff & hours not covered. State documentation not up to date, some case managers lazy & unprofessional. Nurses not put through proper documentation process. This is a fly by home care agency that i would not recommend for my child or elderly parent.
