RecommendedJust visited this store for a cordless weed eater and potting soil. The two gentlemen who helped me were fantastic! The man who helped me with the weed eater found the correct battery for me and made sure that I had everything I needed. The other man loaded my potting soil with a smile and kind words. I manage a box box retail store and customer service is extremely important to me. The cashier's were also quick, efficient and friendly. I will definately be returning for all of my home and lawn improvement projects.

Love my local Ace Store & crew there. They’re always helpful & I don’t have to give my money to some big name Dept store. I buy most of my Spring plants there, trees, propane refills for my Camper.. They have a huge variety of grilling & smoker items. Anything lawn or garden? Ace is the place ❤️
I went there the other day and they treated me like I was a joke. To make a long story short I left and called to speak to a manager and got the assistant manager. Told him what happened and he told me that I was taking to long and was wasting his time. Then he hung up on me. If this is how they treat there customers then I will not be going back there!
Replace a defective item straight across without asking more money...will never be back.
there sign says they are open until 5 on Sunday so we went into the store about 4:15 to get a few things And as I was just browsing the clearance section my other half was getting a few things and a store employee comes up to me and asks if I need help and I politely said no I'm just looking so he says well I hate to burst your bubble but it's 4:30 I said ok do you not close at 5 and he said no today it's 430 so I quickly walked to the checkout as another employee is telling line em up come on down the store it's just shocki... read more
