Drove 30 minutes to this Ace Hardware and Alyssa was very rude upon checking me out. She expressed that the system was down and I understood that part but I asked her is there anything else I can do because I just drove 30 minutes here to use my points and it would’ve been nice to know that prior to me driving here Unless of them proceeds to tell me there’s nothing I can do about it. Hadn't been to an Ace Hardware in quite a while. This location was reliable, as I got duplicate keys made in a short amount of time at a reasonable price. The employees were friendly and helpful and I plan to be there again in the future.
