Usually I have an average shopping experience here, but today it was abysmal. Looking for an item I have found in hardware stores the state over in the past, especially ACE which is why i went, but this time I couldn't locate it in the store. Two attendants at the register and I'm waiting to ask for help. There was one customer ahead of me being assisted but neither acknowledged my presence while my watched showed a 12 minute wait. Drove 30 minutes to this Ace Hardware and Alyssa was very rude upon checking me out. She expressed that the system was down and I understood that part but I asked her is there anything else I can do because I just drove 30 minutes here to use my points and it would’ve been nice to know that prior to me driving here Unless of them proceeds to tell me there’s nothing I can do about it. Hadn't been to an Ace Hardware in quite a while. This location was reliable, as I got duplicate keys made in a short amount of time at a reasonable price. The employees were friendly and helpful and I plan to be there again in the future.
