All good things here. They were professional and polite. I'm not sure why people had issues with Nick the owner, he treated me fair and explained the charges etc... Ace has installed our furnace and A/C and water heater.
Someone I know referred me to this company. I wished that I would have looked at google reviews. I wouldn’t call this company at all. They come unprepared, not sure how competent their techs are and many confusions in their work. Just stay away from this company. Not worth your time and money.

Not worth giving even one star. Owner Nick swore at me, owner wife hung up on me, while I was trying to find out why they had not arrived at the 8am time they were scheduled for. I cancelled this appointment. They still have my $183 for AC/HV service that never happened from the Fall of 2021. They refused to return my money. The last visit the installer Rick did not reinstall a heating vent properly & the back door will now not fully open due to the vent is in the way stopping the door.
