I highly recommend Ace Heating and Cooling. The owner, Robbie, recently serviced our aging combined heating and A/C unit. It had not been maintained for years and was in need of extensive attention. Robbie walked us through his findings in detail and did a great job cleaning all of the coils, unblocking condensate drain lines, inspecting the combustion chamber and burners and adjusting settings for the system to operate more effectively and efficiently. Robbie is fantastic! One call to him & he came on the same day, after dark! Got the problem solved & had the unit up and running in no time. He is a life saver! He was upfront about the cost & had no hidden charges. Very honest company. I would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent job. Gave Robbie a call about unit that had been not functioning for a year. He came the same day and found a leak and faulty reversing valve. Was very upfront about costs and that there may be more issues since the unit had not been functioning for a while. Robbie got the part and was back the next day to repair. Robbie had the whole system replaced in a day even after running into some unique challenges from our home. His price quote beat all the other companies around. He was honest about repair vs replacing, and I appreciate that.
