I had a great experience! My heat went out just before winter storm fern, and Robbie was able to come out quickly and recommend a fix within minutes. He was very professional and honestly one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Honest assessment with no unnecessary upcharges and great communication led to my son and I having perfect heat days before the storm.

I highly recommend Ace Heating and Cooling. The owner, Robbie, recently serviced our aging combined heating and A/C unit. It had not been maintained for years and was in need of extensive attention. Robbie walked us through his findings in detail and did a great job cleaning all of the coils, unblocking condensate drain lines, inspecting the combustion chamber and burners and adjusting settings for the system to operate more effectively and efficiently. I highly recommend Robbie. He repaired my heat pump in just one day, while two other technicians from different companies failed to identify the problem after three visits, causing me to lose hundreds of dollars. This issue persisted from the spring season into the winter, and Robbie was able to resolve it quickly due to his experience and honesty.

Called Robbie out because our heat stopped working. He came out after hours and stayed til the job was complete. Can’t say enough about his customer service. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Ace Heating & Cooling of Easley will always be my first call.

Excellent job. Gave Robbie a call about unit that had been not functioning for a year. He came the same day and found a leak and faulty reversing valve. Was very upfront about costs and that there may be more issues since the unit had not been functioning for a while. Robbie got the part and was back the next day to repair. I really appreciated that he also provided a written estimate. He cleaned out the lines and cleaned up the unit. Cost was as expected and he did a great job.
