Excellent job. Gave Robbie a call about unit that had been not functioning for a year. He came the same day and found a leak and faulty reversing valve. Was very upfront about costs and that there may be more issues since the unit had not been functioning for a while. Robbie got the part and was back the next day to repair. We had the issue with our furnace over the weekend. I called several people, but no one picked up the phone. I left messages with phone number but no one called me back. I called Ace Heating and Cooling Easley on Monday and talked briefly with Robbie over the phone. Luckily he was available to meet me at my house within an hour. Robbie was friendly and professional.
