I really like the repair man that came out but I specifically told them I needed a new thermostat and he failed to bring one. I took vacation time to come home from work to get this accomplished and was charged $130 for a peice of tape and they wanted to come back the next day. Overpriced and I have not received a call back from the owner asking why they failed to bring a thermostat when I said I needed a new one. Wanted $110 for a thermostat that cost $30- I bought my own for $25 and had a friend install it.
Astounding client support. Quick reaction time and Extremely spotless. We utilized Ace Heating and Air Conditioning for a cooling substitution and they were astounding! I strongly suggest this organization. The folks are incredible, moral and fair.
Amazing customer service. Fast response time and Extremely clean. We used Ace Heating & Air Conditioning for an air conditioning replacement and they were amazing! I highly recommend this company. The guys are great, ethical and honest.
