Since install day there have been problems with this company! They were more then 2 hours late showing up, the 2nd of the 2 installers left before the job was done leaving the 1st guy alone. Which meant install took way longer. And since then Ace has been messing with my bank account, not taking enough or taking too much. And it's like pulling teeth to get anyone to explain anything or take any responsibility. It's always "the systems" fault. Stay far far away from these guys. It's not worth the headache!

Got 4 heats pumps through these guys, very fast turnaround at around a month total and very helpful with all of the paperwork needed for the federal and provincial rebates, recommendations for quick and easy to deal with energy auditors and even heat pump cleaners for down the road. No issues with the heat pumps after 2 years and great service
