I have been trying since January 2026 to get our compressor fixed by Ace Heat Pumps. The service person was back today April 2026 again with the wrong board. This was after numerous trips here in attempts to get the compressor operating. I am at my wits end with the repair service. Mr. M. Tye please attend to this matter with urgency. Not a good reflection on your company's service and attention to detail.
I was first approached by Ace Heat Pumps through a door visit, but no card or contact info was left. When my scheduled appointment passed and no one showed, I had to use my security footage to find out who the company was. Communication was confusing from the start — times were changed without notice, and appointments were rescheduled without my consent. Since install day there have been problems with this company! They were more then 2 hours late showing up, the 2nd of the 2 installers left before the job was done leaving the 1st guy alone. Which meant install took way longer. And since then Ace has been messing with my bank account, not taking enough or taking too much. And it's like pulling teeth to get anyone to explain anything or take any responsibility. It's always "the systems" fault. Stay far far away from these guys. It's not worth the headache!
