Over the phone service rude and condescending
Was happy for the repair, but the price I thought was too expensive for 20 minutes of work and a $30 part. Even with a military discount the work cost me over $400 for that short of time. I paid less than that for both units to be serviced. Good work and employee but price was not what to expect
Came within 3 hours of calling. Found and fixed a problem which had been repetitive for months! Austin was very professional and explained the problem and fix in my language. Wish I had called them first. I will call them if I experience any more problems. Fast, friendly, professional and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!!
