I came in to purchase a replacement fuse for an amplifier that failed on my recently. I knew that particular amplifier needed a specific high-tension fuse and that's what I asked for. The clerk who helped me ended up selling me time-delay fuses, not high tension, and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong about what the markings on my fuse meant.
