Employees have no idea how their own store works, Went to this store to get a specific Milawaukee tool that the app stated were two in stock. Found the empty box on the display and asked the closest employee (Roger) for the tool. He looked in the case and could not find the tool, and when advised that the app stated there were two in stock he said that is the way it happens many time. I ordered a DeWalt lawnmower on the Ace hardware website from them. I live a couple of hours away so I called and said it would be a few days before I could pick it up. They said no problem. They were very easy to work with throughout the whole process.
I had an outstanding experience at Tripp’s ACE Hardware! I had been seeing their ads on social media for the Garden Center Grand Opening, and they definitely delivered on the hype. I’ve driven by this place many times, but finally decided to stop in since I needed plants and flowers for my spring garden—and I’m glad I did. Needed totally random items for something I was rigging up, not the normal specific item for specific job. They took the time to listen to what I was attempting, and helped find the best items to complete the job. Outstanding all around.
