went there to have a car key cut and was told that they would not cut the key because i didnt buy there over priced blank and i had my own i thought they cut keys for customers but unless you buy there blanks they dont that will be the last time i go there and i will not recommed them to anyone. David’s lock and key cut the blank for me at no charge the next day now that is customer service and return customer Tripp ace of Columbia tenn is no where near customer service
Employees have no idea how their own store works, Went to this store to get a specific Milawaukee tool that the app stated were two in stock. Found the empty box on the display and asked the closest employee (Roger) for the tool. He looked in the case and could not find the tool, and when advised that the app stated there were two in stock he said that is the way it happens many time. When asked about having empty box but no tool he did not even try to get a manager. Manager was called and he got the tool from the back. Roge... read more
