The team at Larson Ace Hardware in West Hartford is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The items are high quality, and if I’m trying to do something myself that I need guidance on, the staff is terrific. Probably the biggest reason I go to this store is that they will help load my car when purchasing heavy items (bags of fertilizer, soil… etc.). The staff at Larsen Ace Hardware is second to none! They are the reason that we choose this incredible store over the big box hardware stores. Abby, Elena, Hannah, Dan, Michael, and all of the staff are beyond knowledgeable, and they treat each and every customer with kindness. Because of their outstanding staff, this store has an intimate, small-town feel with a selection you'd expect to find only in a large city. I purchased a grill from Larsen's recently. Consistent with my prior experience with the store, its customer service is outstanding. Additionally, its product choice and variety is always a pleasant surprise. I regularly shop there for that reason. Pricing -- if my grill is any indication -- is highly competitive. In the case of the grill, the floor model price included assembly and delivery of the new grill. Overall, the store exceeded my expectations. Another outstanding asset in West Hartford Center.
