I purchased a grill from Larsen's recently. Consistent with my prior experience with the store, its customer service is outstanding. Additionally, its product choice and variety is always a pleasant surprise. I regularly shop there for that reason. Pricing -- if my grill is any indication -- is highly competitive. In the case of the grill, the floor model price included assembly and delivery of the new grill. Overall, the store exceeded my expectations. Another outstanding asset in West Hartford Center.
Great service. There are actual people who know what they are talking about and they can and do help. I've stopped going to the big box hardware because they are not helpful and they are don't have better prices.
Very disappointed in the customer service. Tried to return item purchased approximately one and a half months ago. Management was completely unwilling to accommodate. This product was unused and could very easily been put right back on the shelf and sold again. I actually came in to purchase other products but instead of selling those products to me they lost a customer.
The worst hardware store I've ever been to
I’ve called this store on multiple occasions to make sure that they have an item before I come in and on two separate occasions, they have said that the item is there and then when I go there, it’s not . What a waste of my time, caused only by their negligence, extremely frustrating
