Went in for a waterproofing spray, and accidentaly bought the wrong product. I forgot my receipt at home, and they were still able to find the receipt, let me exchange the product for the one I needed, and were a delight to deal with at each step of the process, which I had made more difficult.
staff is extremely helpful here. we just moved into the area and, i didn't catch her name, but there was an older lady there that was super customer helpful. she made us feel great around the rest of the snooty crowd. will definitely revisit
Great local hardware store with an amazing candy selection as well.
