The staff at Larsen Ace Hardware is second to none! They are the reason that we choose this incredible store over the big box hardware stores. Abby, Elena, Hannah, Dan, Michael, and all of the staff are beyond knowledgeable, and they treat each and every customer with kindness. Because of their outstanding staff, this store has an intimate, small-town feel with a selection you'd expect to find only in a large city. I purchased a grill from Larsen's recently. Consistent with my prior experience with the store, its customer service is outstanding. Additionally, its product choice and variety is always a pleasant surprise. I regularly shop there for that reason. Pricing -- if my grill is any indication -- is highly competitive. In the case of the grill, the floor model price included assembly and delivery of the new grill. Overall, the store exceeded my expectations. Another outstanding asset in West Hartford Center.

Great service. There are actual people who know what they are talking about and they can and do help. I've stopped going to the big box hardware because they are not helpful and they are don't have better prices.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Tried to return item purchased approximately one and a half months ago. Management was completely unwilling to accommodate. This product was unused and could very easily been put right back on the shelf and sold again. I actually came in to purchase other products but instead of selling those products to me they lost a customer.
