Excellent service! Thank you Joey for the extra time and effort to get the tricky key cut to fit and work in the lock. You are a real star with great service and helpful attitude.
Came in to get keys cut again as the older worker did not do good job and they didn't work. Came in and Sam helped me and gave me a 100% guarantee that when she is done cutting them they would work or my money back. Sure enough they worked. She was a pleasure to deal with. You dont see customer service like that anymore. To the moon and back Sam!
Went in to buy some work gloves and Sam was SUPER helpful with exactly what I needed. I appreciate the service and professionalism. Thanks so much Sam. We will absolutely be shopping here again.
Great service from the lady that was on the till today. She was very helpful.name on the receipt is Amrit .
The sign on the door said leave bags at the front. So I asked......"want my bag?" She looked at all my tattoos and said......." you were here before and took something " , " im going too follow you around " My bag had a 2000 dollor camera and have lived in this hood for over 20 years. When it was a Rona hardware and beyond. Being judged by your skin color and tattoos from an immigrant is flat out in a joke and they will never have my business again.
