The sign on the door said leave bags at the front. So I asked......"want my bag?" She looked at all my tattoos and said......." you were here before and took something " , " im going too follow you around " My bag had a 2000 dollor camera and have lived in this hood for over 20 years. When it was a Rona hardware and beyond. Being judged by your skin color and tattoos from an immigrant is flat out in a joke and they will never have my business again.
Great hardware store in my neighbourhood. Very friendly staff. Dog friendly store.
Service on the phone was deplorable. Employee kept talking over me and told me six or seven times that she would check on the item I wanted. But every time she said that, I could hear her chatting with someone else ... not checking on anything for me. Spoke next with the owner and was told the item I wanted would be put aside for me. When I got there, the owner told me that the same employee (an elderly blond woman wearing bright red lipstick) had sold it to someone else.
