We came in to get some stuff to take to our family who just got hit by Typhoon Bavi in Guam. Jana was *amazingly* helpful. Answered all of our questions and was so patient with us as we called our family to coordinate what exactly they needed. Helped us make informed decisions and get everything we needed. We are so thankful for Jana!
