They always have what I need when I need it. It's also easy to find it in the store.
I received such wonderful customer service when I bought my Christmas lights this year from the employees at Crown Ace. After a few exchanges, returns, and a price adjustment they were super patient with me and very nice! We shop here a lot but I just wanted to say that I really appreciated their customer service!
I LOVE THIS STORE!!! We were waiting for one man to cut something for us, and in less than five minutes, THREE other employees asked if we were being helped! That would NEVER happen at [the other local hardware store]! And Home Depot or Lowe's, both of which are a freeway trip away? FUGGEDDABOUDIT!!! THUD! One VERY satisfied customer!!!
