I went yesterday to buy a Dremmil for my job, and I needed a variable speed one. Thomas helped me out and he was super helpful. He even opened the box and plugged it in for me so I could try it! Super nice gentleman. Their customer service is excellent. Service like this is what keeps me and my family coming back.
Like the commercial says: ACE is the place....... The sales associates are very knowledgeable and helpful, and very customer service oriented. I like the one on one attention /time the associates provide me with and no question I ask appears to be a dumb question to them. Lana Hee
I LOVE my Bill's Ace Hardware on Clayton Road. I went in today with my list and Katie P was able to locate each item and help me with my choices. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes! Everyone there is so nice & helpful My go to store! Never had a bad experience.
Incredible place to shop!! Bill his family and his entire staff are always extremely willing to help me with whatever I need at any time. I usually can find what I'm looking for but in the rare case I don't they always make an effort to order it for me which is amazing! I also enjoy finding the new and interesting products Bill is always adding to his shelves. I arrived carrying a lamp which kept turning itself off. The wonderful staff first tried a different wattage bulb because I had too big a wattage in place. Didn't help. And they put the bulb back in the package, so I didn't have to pay. Next, and completely surprising me, the store manager took my lamp apart, replaced the switch and rewired it into the cord---fixing it!!!! Love this hardware store. There is always someone to help me find what I need. Store is not overwhelming. I am always running to ACE to pick up something needed for a home project. Workers and cashiers are always friendly.
