Wow, so rude! After looking online for an item I needed immediately, this location was the only one I could find that said pickup was available today. After calling once and being placed on hold for 3 1/2 minutes I hung up. 2nd phone call I was transferred with no “hang on or “hold a moment” so I had no idea if I was even being transferred.
