It was the worse for me in many years. I have always gone there. But yesterday turned me away permanently because of how people acted. We were watched as of we were thieves. I needed more windows and sent my daughter who came home in tears when explaining how she was treated. What has happened to this store. Then I called and the manager John wasn't any help and was as rude as Bob. Bob was the one that treated my daughter bad. Will never go there and will let others know it was a race thing. Swear the god the old stout white guy that works here is racist!! I came in to get a sheet of glass and right away when I walked in I was being followed. I got the the back of the store where the glass is cut and no ones there so I start walking back to the front to find someone and before I could get the someone he's right there! And he says " so you already walked to the back and now your coming to the front! What are you looking for?!" The customer service at this store is nonexistent. They cashiers / workers aren't helpful and even down right rude. On 2 different occasions the employees went out of their way to say inappropriate remarks to paying customers. I refuse to give them my business
