Customer service is lacking, employees would rather be behind the counter playing on their phones than being on the floor helping customers. I am a big supporter of local hardware stores, especially Patco, it has a special place in my heart, but I will be patronizing the hardware store next door now. I believe the employees need to be trained in customer service.
