Customer service sucks. God forbid you might need something 30 minutes before open because they kick you out. The franchise owner should tell them NOT to OPEN the doors until it’s opening time. I pull up, the doors are wide open with reps standing there just for time to tell me to leave. I own a business and my business opens when my first customer walks in. I don’t care what the door says. Spend the extra 2 minutes and go to, DO IT BEST on Horizon Blvd. Much better service and selection.
The man told me that keys are $6 now because of tariffs they have nothing to do with it.

They usually have what I need, and it's better than having to wander around Lowe's or Home Depot.
