Hardware stores should not have bankers hours on a Saturday morning. 9 AM open? I’m just left scratching my head. I guess I’ll take my business somewhere else.
Never ever ever have I been treated so rudely in this store. I got a key made, and the person that made the key was efficient and extremely polite. I went to the register and said “excuse me” to a cashier whose back was facing me, me twice the second time she turned around and looked at me with a death stare! I told her as much that I had no idea she was on the phone and she was looking at me with a death stare, and she said “you saw I was on the phone”, & i replied that “I had no idea”.
