Westlake Ace on Devon avenue Haven't shopped there yet. I just got an advertisement in the mail today 16APR26. Saying to join them for the reopening with a 20% discount the only bad thing is that it was from April 10th through thru 12th. Seems to me like they're trying to Bait and Switch. I mean why bother sending out a grand opening sale after the sales already over
I went to Ace today to help me solve a problem I got myself into while installing a new drawer. I went to Ace because I always feel comfortable asking questions without feeling dumb like I would at a big box store. Not only did George help me brainstorm but Alek too it to his work room and fixed it for me! Customer service is the most important thing in my eyes and Ace does it right. Lifelong customer for sure!
Products purchased at other Ace Hardware stores cannot be returned here. I tried returning a simple product so that I didn’t need to drive 25 miles away to the store of origin, but was not allowed to return the item. I do not like supporting the orange store or online shopping, but with it being this difficult to return items, I will only use those alternatives in the future.
